30th National Children's Science Congress

Greetings,

The "30th National Children’s Science Congress 2022" was the name of the occasion. The event was organised at the district level. Many students from all over the Bokaro district participated energetically. Over there, there were more than 150 projects. At the event, I had a great time. I learned a lot.

The event so began yesterday. With my teammates and my guide teachers, Ranjita ma'am and Amrita ma'am, I went to D.A.V. Public School, Sector 6, to participate in the activity. Early in the morning breakfast was served, and as the program's inauguration was about to start, everyone gathered close to the stage. The chief guest's welcome was then given after that. He was an IPS officer and an IIT graduate, but I can't remember his name. Programs like the welcome song, dance, speech, etc. were then presented after it. After then, all the distinguished dignitaries addressed the attendees with messages and well wishes. After that, we were told to proceed to the appropriate presentation rooms to present our project. We presented the judges with our projects. The concept we were attempting to communicate impressed them. We had lunch following that. We received instructions to head to the Multi-Purpose Hall right away. Sudhir Sir from AMRITA University served as the leader of an effective career guidance programme. The "Science Quiz Competition" was the next activity we engaged in. Second place went to Shrest Ansh from our school. For his efforts, he received a reward. After some refreshments in the evening, the day was finally over.

The event's second day was today. It was instructed that we eat breakfast. We gathered close to the stage after breakfast. The event was being started. Today was the day of the exhibition. The chief guest had arrived. A welcome song then came after that. The all-respective dignitaries gave their wonderful messages and wishes to all the ‘Bal-Vigyaniks’. We were then directed to our assigned tables to demonstrate our project to the judges and visitors. We had a great time presenting our project to the judges and the audience. I can still clearly recall that experience; it will always be memorable. Following that, we were invited to eat our lunch before the rest of the event began. The great dignitaries were then honored. It was then followed by a group dance.

It was a heartfelt moment, the names of the participants based on their performances were called. The fingers were crossed. Finally, the moment came that I was waiting for. My name was called "Ranjan Bharti, from GGPS, Sec-5.". My heart was beating fast. I, along with my teammate Rashmi, went to the stage for the group photo. It was a memorable moment. I apologise because I have no words for that moment. My guide teachers and friends all congratulated me on the achievement. Finally, it was the end of the event. The event ended with the National Anthem.
